01 Age Requirements

• I do not accept commissions from anyone under 15 years old.
• Clients under 18 must have verified permission from a parent or legal guardian before commissioning me.
• I may request proof of age or guardian approval if necessary.

02 Artist Rights & Ownership

• I retain full rights to all artwork I create, including but not limited to: displaying it in portfolios, posting it online, using it for promotional material, and showcasing it in my galleries.
• Clients receive personal-use rights only, unless a separate commercial-use agreement is made in writing.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature/watermark, or use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or any automated systems.

03 Turnaround Time (TAT)

• My standard turnaround time is 1 week to 1 month, depending on complexity, my work schedule, and current queue.
• If you need a specific deadline, it must be discussed before payment.
• Delays may occur due to emergencies, illness, or workload. I will always communicate if extra time is needed.

04 Communication Expectations

• Clear and timely communication is required.
• If a client becomes unresponsive for 14 days, the commission may be paused or canceled without refund.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are rude, disrespectful, demanding, or who repeatedly fail to communicate.

05 Payment & Refunds

• Payment methods and pricing will be stated before the commission begins.
• Work begins after payment unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are not guaranteed. They are handled case-by-case depending on how much work has been completed.
• If I cancel a commission for any reason unrelated to the client, a refund will be issued.
• If the client cancels after work has begun, only a partial refund may be considered.

06 Revisions

• Sketch revisions are typically unlimited within reason.
• Major changes after lineart begins may require an additional fee.
• Color adjustments are limited and must be requested promptly.

07 Usage Restrictions

Clients may not use my artwork for:

• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• AI training, datasets, or machine‑learning models
• NFTs or blockchain-related projects
• Commercial use without a written agreement

Any violation of these terms may result in blacklisting from future commissions.

08 Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue any commission at any time, especially if:

• The client is disrespectful
• The request violates my boundaries
• The client attempts to pressure, guilt, or manipulate me
• The content requested is inappropriate or outside my comfort zone

If refusal occurs before work begins, the client will receive a full refund.

09 Final Delivery

• Artwork is delivered digitally only.
• Files are provided through the method stated at the time of commissioning (e.g., Google Drive, email, VGen).
• I am not responsible for lost files after delivery; please save your files locally.
